Masculine Birthday Card for Dad

I have a new card to share for the CAS on Friday Masculine Card Challenge. My Dad's birthday is this month, so the timing was perfect!

I like the look of the darker to lighter shades of stripes. I layered a few die cuts to create a slight shadow and add dimension. This card was really easy to put together. It's a great way to use scraps too.

Grateful For You

Here's a card that was pretty easy to make. I like that this sentiment doesn't box you into an occasion. Any occasion is a good time to tell someone that you're grateful for them. My favorite supply on this card is the drywall joint tape behind the heart. I don't use that very often, but I think I should use it more. It adds a nice texture to the card. I've included a list of supplies below.

Stamps/Images: Sentiments from Microsoft Word
Paper: Colorbok Snow White Textured, Stampin Up Red Glitter Paper
Card Size: A2 (4.25 inches x 5.5 inches)
Accessories: Drywall joint tape, Stampin Up small heart punch, Lawn Fawn Stitched Rectangle Die

I'm including this card in the Splitcoast Stampers CAS card challenge #675 Have a Heart.

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my card!
